All-weather Canter Track on Complex Site in Green Belt

Bourne Rural has done it again!

What a site - in the Green Belt and surrounded by various international and national land designations (an SPA, SAC and a SSSI). Our robust and detailed justification resulted in a swift grant of permission for a 500m (2.5 furlong) commercial equestrian all-weather canter track.

The application proposals were further complicated because the canter track was located away from any existing development on a greenfield site.

A pivotal facility, essential to the ongoing viability and sustainability of this thriving rural business.
