Permission Granted for a new Equestrian Sandschool in Wineham, West Sussex

The site consisted of a Grade II Listed Dwelling with various farm buildings and a very large 180 year old Oak Tree.  The Client required a new purpose built sandschool to train their eventing horses.  The location of the sandschool was limited by the setting of the listed building, the Root Protection Area of the oak tree and the change in land levels to the south of the site.  Through negotiation with Horsham District Council, planning permission was secured and our Clients were delighted, saying:

“Thank you so much Kathryn! Excellent news and a great result!
Thank you so much for all your assistance, it has been very refreshing working with you!”
