Planning Permission granted for a new industrial and commercial site in Henfield, West Sussex

Planning consent has been granted by Horsham District Council for the demolition of a house, cattery, kennels and animal hospital and the erection of a new build industrial and commercial site with ancillary parking and landscaping within a countryside location.  

Kathryn Sadler was involved from the outset, providing advice to the client in relation to the suitability of potential sites for the expansion of an existing ‘B2' business but also which would be suitable to incorporate other commercial units for rent or sale.  Kathryn also assisted in getting the site allocated as a commercial site within the Neighbourhood Plan and took the proposals through the various stages from concept design and through the Pre Application process.

Bourne Rural were lead consultants throughout the Planning Application stage, which also involved attendance at the Planning Committee meeting, where we were successful in achieving planning consent.
