A very happy client has now moved into this spectacular rural worker’s dwelling. The dwelling is located on the top of a hill in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, providing accommodation for a rural worker to meet the welfare requirements of his poultry farming enterprise. A robust agricultural justification prepared by Jill Scrivener at Bourne Rural was key to securing permission at this prominent, and most desirable, location in 2020.

The house is situated just north of Stow-on-the-Wold and in the open countryside. A sensitive design by Duncan McKellar at Temple Ford Design undoubtedly helped to secure this permission.
